ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Shipping is currently free for USA orders of $100 or more USD dollars. Shipping time within the USA is typically 5-7 business days. Please allow us 3-5 days to dispatch your order from our warehouse if items are in stock. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your package leaves our warehouse.
*Please note that our USA free shipping policy applies to the contiguous 48 states. Orders placed for delivery to Hawaii or Alaska will carry an additional shipping cost.
*We are currently working on offering international shipping.
SHIPPING TERMS FOR SALE ITEMS
Except for goods that arrive damaged or as may be otherwise required by law, sale items are considered final sale, with no refunds or exchanges available.
If you refuse a shipment from The Wayuu Vibe, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to The Wayuu Vibe. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If you provide us with a wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for the reoccurring shipping fee.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Whats our exchange policy?
We are committed to our customers’ 100% satisfaction. Therefore, if you not fully satisfied with your purchase you can send it back at no charge within 7 days after the item was received. The order has to be made only through our website thewayuuvibe.com and not through other retailers.
Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Returns/Exchange shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
What's your Refunds policy?
The Wayuu Vibe is unable to provide refunds unless an item is defective or faulty. Requests for exchange must be made within 30 days of receiving your order via email to email@example.com

To be eligible for exchange or refund the item must be unworn, and have all the sale tags attached and you will pay your own shipping. All shipping cost are not refundable
We do not exchange or refund on any sales items. Only if defective or damaged.
